Olivenhain and of that portion of the West Half of "C" Street adjacent
thereto, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to
Map thereof No. 326, on file in the Office of the County Recorder of M
said County lying within a strip of land 84.00 feet in width, the sidelines t 7
? of said strip lying 42.00 feet on each side of the following described

Street as shown on said Map No. 326, thence North 15 032'00" East along
the centerline of said "C" Street 25.93 feet to the beginning of a tangent W

his successors or assigns, the right to eliminate such slopes and/or drainage structures or portions thereof, when in the
written opinion of the County and/or District Engineer of Grantee,the necessity therefore is removed by substituting_
