ON MOTION of Supervisor Hamilton, seconded by Supervisor Hedgecock,
the Board adopts the following resolution:
WHEREAS, on April 5, 1978, Board Order No. 4, the Board adopted a
resolution of intention. to vacate and abandon the following described M
County highway, as requested by Richard K. Schwab: ('1
A portion of Schubert Path between Haydn Drive and Westminster 0 r
r Drive in the Cardiff area; and
WHEREAS, the matter came on for hearing before the Board of Super-
visors on this 3rd day of May, 1978, at 10:00 a.m. , and evidence is on
file that due and proper notice of hearing has been given as required N
bylaw; and

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission in its report filed in the office
of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors on March 21, 1978, Board of
Supervisors Document No. 559461, recommended finding that the requested f 7
z vacation is not subject to the environmental review process since it has ^
s' been determined with certainty that this type of project will not have a V,
significant effect on the environment; and approving the requested V,
vacation; and ^
WHEREAS, it appears that no written protests or objections to the 0
proposed 'vacation have been filed, and no oral protests or objections C
'have been made; NOW THEREFORE,

The Board of Supervisors hereby finds that due and proper notice of
'the hearing, on the resolution of intention to vacate and abandon a portion
of Schubert Path in the Cardiff area has been given as required by law,
and that the hereinafter described path is not needed for present or _
i prospective use as a County highway. D
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the hearing be and it is
hereby closed, that the requested vacation will not have a significant M
$: effect on the environment, and that the portion of Schubert Path herein- •.
