RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PREVIOUSLY RECORDING REQUESTED BY
REJECTED SUBDIVISION STREET QUM OF THE BOARD QF`SUPERVISORS-

On motion of Supervisor Eckert , seconded by
Supervisor Hamilton the following resolution is
adopted:
WHEREAS, at the time of approving the final map of County of San Diego Tract.
No. 3735, Map No. 9232, on file in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of San Diego, this Board of Supervisors rejected the offer of the hereinafter
described property for use as a public street; and
WHEREAS, Section 66477.2(a) of the Government Code, provides that a rejected
offer of dedication shall remain open and may be subsequently accepted by the Board
of Supervisors; and
WHEREAS, the County Engineer has recommended that the Board of Supervisors
rescind its rejection of said offer of dedication and accept said offer; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of San Diego hereby rescinds its action of May 29, 1979, #88;,rejecfing the offer
of dedication of the following described property for use as a public street and
hereby accepts on behalf of the public for use as a public street the said
following described property: the portion of Lots 10 and 11 reserved for future
street, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that said property, being an unnamed street,
be and is hereby named as follows: Shanas Lane, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors record a
certified copy of this resolution in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County.

State of California, this 14th day of September—, 1983, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Hamilton, Fordem, Boarman, Williams & Eckert
NOES: Supervisors None
