WHERE AS a majority of the property owners of Private Road
Maintenance Agreement Recordation # 86- 225396 agree to the inclusion of
T.P.M. 18719 as part of the Private Road Maintenance Agreement as
provided for on page five (5),item sixteen (16) of said document.
WHERE AS the County of San Diego shall not be deemed a party hereto
of Recorded Private Road Maintenance Agreement # 86- 225396.
