EXHIBIT "'A"
All that certain real property situated in the County of San Diego, State of
California, described as follows:
That portion of Lot 34 of North Leucadia, according to map thereof No. 524, In
the City of Encinitas, County of San Diego, State of California, in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, April 6, 1888, together with a portion of
the South 20 feet of Sanford Street, adjoining said Block 34 on the North as
vacated and closed to public use on October 5, 1915, by order of the Board of
Supervisors of San Diego County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of said Block 24;
Thence along the Westerly line of said Block 34, South 15° 43' 30 ", East, 37.00
feet;
Thence at right angles North 740 16' 30" East, 120.00 feet to the Westerly line of
the alley in said Block 34 as vacated and closed to public use on November 19,
1915 by order of the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County;
Thence along the Westerly line of said alley and the Northerly prolongation
thereof, North 150 43' 30" West, 57.00 feet to the Northerly line of the South 20
feet of said Sanford Street, as vacated;
