The Easterly 110.00 feet of the Northerly Half of Lot 15 of RIDGEWAY
HEIGHTS, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to
Map thereof No. 2163, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said
County, July 3, 1929 and shown on the Record of Survey of said Ridgeway
Heights, filed for the purpose of correction errors in the original map,
being Record of Survey Map No. 1193, filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County, September 20, 1945, said Northerly Half being
all of Lot 15, excepting therefrom the following described parcel.
Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 15; thence North
23 °12' West along the Westerly line of said Lot 113.24 feet; thence
North 78 °45' East parallel with the Northerly line of said Lot 466.71
feet to a point on the Easterly line of said Lot; thence South 11 °17'50"
East along said Easterly line 0.90 feet to the beginning of a curve
concave Westerly having a radius of 200 feet; thence Southerly along the
arc of said curve to the right, through a central angle of 28 °56'30" a
distance of 101.03 feet to a point of tangency; thence South 17 °38'40"
West 13.00 feet to the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 15; thence South
78 °30140" West along the Southerly line of said Lot 15, a distance of
412.08 feet to the point of beginning.
RESERVING therefrom an easement and right of way for road and public
utilities purposes over, under, along and across the Southerly 20 feet

This easement is reserved for the benefit of the Grantor's adjoining
