That portion of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 24, Township 13 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base and
Meridian, described in a Deed recorded May 13, 1965, at Recorder's
File /Page No. 85697 of Official Records of said County of San Diego.

The said easement and right of way in the -afooAaid lands shall be 12.DO -feet in width, being._.6- OL.feet measured
at right angles, on each aide of the following described tenter line:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 24; thence
North W 09' 34" East along the North line of said Section 24, a distance
of 896.95 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the center line of right
of way herein'described; thence from said TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, South
00 34' 30" West, a distance of 177.42 feet.
EXCEPTING from the above described right of way any portion thereof
not lying within the above described lands of the Grantor herein.
Grantor grants to Grantee the right, easement and privilege of placing, erecting and maintaining on the above de-
scribed lands oft described adjacent to the above deabed easement and right of way such anchorage as may be
necessary at any time and Ircon'time to time to properly guy the line(@) of poles constructed upon said easement and
right of way.
Grantor shall not dig or drill any well, plant any tree, erect, place or construct any building or other structure, within
the boundaries of the above described easement and right of way.
Grantee shall have the right to trim cry trees along or adjacent to said easement and right of way whenever considered
by it necessary for the proper operation and use of the rights hereby granted.
