The Director of Planning and Land Use has determined that the three parcels of
real property described below have been divided or have resulted from a division
in compliance with the Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the San Diego
County Code adopted pursuant thereto. Said parcels were approved for division
and are in substantial compliance with Tentative Parcel Rap No. 18031. The
requirement for preparing, filing, and recording a Parcel Map has been waived
pursuant to Section 81.616 of the County Subdivision Ordinance'.
IMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE
THE FOLLOWING IMPROVEMENT, AS REQUIRED BY THE NOTICE OF APPROVAL, MUST BE
COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT OR OTHER GRANT OF APPROVAL FOR THE
