Present: Chair King, Vice-Chair Simon (arriving at 2:05 pm), Commissioners
Bolus, Drielsma, Harp, Vance and Henry

Also Present: Parks and Recreation Director Rudloff, Recreation Superintendent
Gorham, Senior Center Manager Goodsell, Recreation Supervisor

There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

Commissioners Henry and Vance reported visiting the San Diego Senior Center
and the Community Resource Center. The subcommittee plans to visit the
Leichtag Foundation.

Commissioner Bolus provided an update on the Transit Feasibility Study and
the possibility of surveying the Out and About riders.
9. Work Plan Special Project Goal 9- Ad Hoc Committee
Commissioner Vance reported the subcommittee is working on a program
outline for FY 2014/15 to include an in depth analysis of census data and
reported on the visit with Planning staff to the San Diego Senior Center.
10C. Commissioners Corner:
Commissioner Drielsma recommended a youth programs to provide senior services at
the Senior Center or Library.
