April 6, 1888; together with a portion of the Easterly 20.00 feet of Hygeia Avenue as vacated and
closed to public use on November 19, 1915, by order of the board of Supervisors of San Diego
County, a certain copy ofwhich said order was recorded December 26,1916, in Book 500, Page 343
of Deeds, the Northwesterly line of said strip being described as follows:
