r hereby grant(s) to LEUCADIA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, a political subdivision
situated in San Diego County, California, an easement for the construction,
operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of a sewer pipeline or pipe -
lines; manholes, laterals and appurtenances, and the right of ingress and
egress for such purposes (together with the right to clear and keep clear
said easement from trees, buildings and other structures), in, over, under
