Items on the Consent Calendar are matters which are either
. routine, self explanatory or have been discussed at previous
meetings. It is anticipated they will not be discussed
separately. with a motion lito adopt the Consent Calendar" the
Community Advisory Board approves all Consent Calendar staff
recommendations, as shown on the agenda. These items are grouped
together to allow time for other items on the regular agenda.
However, items may be removed from the Consent Calendar for
discussion either by a "Request to Speak" form from the public,
handed to staff, or a request by a Board Member.
Items removed by a member of the public will be taken up
immediately following adoption of the Consent Calendar. Items
removed by a Board Member will be taken up at the end of the
regular agenda.

G. REGULAR AGENDA
2. Public Hearing for a proposed Tentative Map, Major Use
Permit, Design Review and Environmental Initial
Assessment for a proposed 24 lot Planned Residential
Development/Subdivision with 22 single family lots, one
open space lot and a private road lot on 84 acres in
the RR-1 Zone. Design Review of the proposed Design
Guidelines/Standards for the future construction of
custom homes is included. CASE NUMBER: 89-291
TM/MUP/DR/EIA; APPLICANT: Community Bank; LOCATION:
Northerly Terminus of Bella vista Drive; ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: Environmental Impact Report Pending

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Due to an invalid Public Notice
the Board is unable to hold a public hearing on this
item at this time. Staff is requesting that the Board
consider scheduling a meeting for February 18, 1993 and
. continue the item to said meeting to allow for the
project to be re-noticed.

Meeting to be adjourned to the next scheduled meeting to be
held Thursday, February 18, 1993.
