That portion of Lot 27 of the Subdivision of the Rancho Las
Encinitas, in the County of San Diego, State of California,
according to Map 848, filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County June 27, 1898, together with that
portion of the Westerly Half of "C "Street and the Southerly
one -half of 6th Street, now vacated and closed to public
use, in Colony Olivenhain, according to Map thereof No. 326,
filed in the County Recorders Office, County of San Diego
July 8, 1885, described as follows:
Commencing at the point at intersection of the center line
of "C" Street with the center line of Sixth Street as the
said streets are shown and designated on a map entitled
"Plat of Colony of Olivenhain" in file in the Office of
County Recorder of San Diego County; thence South 15 °41'15"
West along the center line of "C" Street 365.95 feet to the
Northeasterly corner of the land described in Deed to Patrick
E. Carroll, recorded October 25, 1966 as Document No. 170434
of Official Records; thence North 73 °10149" West 381.83 feet
to the Westerly line of the land described in Deed to Roger
J. Teten, et ux, recorded December 17, 1965 as Document No.
227986 of Official Records; thence North 15 035' East along
said Westerly line 366.00 feet to the Westerly prolongation
