The real property ref0rrod to herein and made subleet to said easom ent and right of wav by this grant is situated in the
County of San lltego, State of CMiturnta, and is particularly described as follows:
PARCEL 7 _
That portion of Lot 4 and of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter of Section 249 together with a portion of
the North Half of section 25, all in Township 13 South, Range 4 West,
San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of Calif-
orina, according to United States Government Survey approved April 18,
1881, described as follows:
A 22 foot strip of land lying adjacent to and northerly of the follow -
ing described line:
BEGINNING at the South Quarter corner of said Section 24; thence along
the south line thereof North 89017,07" West, 27.04 feet to the southerly
line of Parcel 85 as more particularly described in deed to City of
Escondido, et ux, recorded May 15, 1974 as File /Page No. 74- 126169,
Book 1974 of the official Records of said San Diego County; thence con -
tinuing along said south line of Lot 4 North 89.17007" West, 36.00 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of said easement line; thence northerly
and easterly on a 5255 foot radius curve whose center bears North
38051107" West, an arc distance of 1495.88 feet along the northerly
line of said Parcel 85; thence tangent to said curve. North 34050119"

of said Parcel 85 to the beginning of a 388.00 foot radius tangent
curve, concave northwesterly: thence northeasterly along the arc of

feet along the northerly line of said Parcel 85 to a point on the north line
of Lot 4 in said Section 24, and the point of termination of said line.
The northerly line of said 22 foot easement shall be foreshortened or
lengthened so as to terminate southerly in the southerly line of said
Section 24, and northerly in the north line of Lot 4 in said Section 24.
PARCEL 7A
A temporary easement and right of way for the purpose of moving and /or
maneuvering construction equipment and vehicles; the temporary storage
of pipe, equipment and materials necessary for laying a pipeline, to-
gether with the equipment used in the digging of trenches and other
earthwork pertinent to said pipeline: the temporary storage of spoil
or excavated material during the period of the laying, relaying, in-
stalling, and removing of said pipeline and related construction works
and any other operations necessary and appurtenant to the construction
of said pipeline, over, through, and across the following described
parcel of land:
A parcel of land 5.00 feet wide lying adjacent to and northerly of the
above described 22 foot easement. The northerly line of said temporary
easement and right of way shall be foreshortened or lengthened so as to
terminate southerly in the southerly line of said Section 24, and north -
erly in the north line of Lot 4 in said Section 24.
Said temporary easement and right of way shall terminate when con -
struction has been completed, or November 1, 1975, whichever occurs
the earliest.
PARCEL 85 _
A 23 foot strip of land lying adjacent to and northerly of the following
described line:
BEGINNING at the South Quarter corner of said Section 24; thence along the
South Line thereof North 89017107" West 27.04 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNINGS thence northerly and easterly on a 5,278 foot radius curve
whose center bears North 39009,11" West, an arc distance of 1,474.66 feets
