GRANT OF RIGHT OF WAY
We, Paul L. Fox and Nancy N. Fox

of One Dollar, and other valuable consideration, paid by San Diego Gas & Electric Company, a corporation, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, do._.._.._.hereby ' rant to said San Diego Gas & Electric Company, a corporation, its
successors and assigns, hereinafter called "Grantee, an easement and right of way upon, over, under and across the
lands hereinafter described, to erect, construct, reconstruct, replace, repair, maintain and use, a line of poles with wires
suspended thereon and all necessary and proper guys, anchorage, crossarms, braces and other fixtures for use in connection
therewith, at such locations and elevations upon, along and over the hereinafter described easement and right of way as
Grantee may now or hereafter deem convenient and necessary at any time and from time to tine, for the transmission and
distribution of electricity for all purposes for which it may be used, together with the right of ingress thereto and egress
therefrom, to and along said lin0. over and across the Gmataea land situate in the County
State of California, and more particularly described as follows:
That portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 13 South,
Range 3 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian; described in a Deed recorded
March 16, 1967 at Recorder's File /Page No. 35890 of Official Records of said
County of San Diego.

The Westerly 8.00 feet of the above described property.
Grantor grants to Grantee the right, easement and privilege of placing, erecting and maintaining on the above de-
scribed lands of the Grantor adjacent to the above described easement and right of way such anchorage as may be
necessary at any time and from time to time to properly guy the lines) of poles constructed upon said easement and
right of way.
Grantor shall not dig or drill any well, plant any tree, erect, place or construct any building or other structure, within
the boundaries of the above described easement and right of way.
Grantee shall have the right to trim any trees along or adjacent to said easement and right of way whenever considered
by it necessary for the proper operation and use of the rights hereby granted.
The tetras, covenants and conditions of this easement and right of way shall be binding upon and inure to the bens
fit of any heirs, executors, administrators, petmittees, licensees, agents or assigns of Grantor and the successors and assigns
of Grantee.
