grantee, the right of way and incidents thereto for such public highway upon, over and across the said
lands, hereinafter described, lying and being in the County, of San Diego, State of California, and partic-
ularly described as follows, to-wit:
The North 8 feet of that portion of Lot 28 of Passiflora Acres according to Map thereof
No. 2355 filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Diego lying easterly
of the following described line:
COMMENCING at a point on the easterly line of said Lot distant thereon S.2 °17'W. 125
feet from the northeast corner thereof; thence N.89 °54'30 "W. 181.49 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described line; thence N.1 019145 "W. 124.95 feet to
a point in the North line of said Lot 28.

For the consideration named herein we hereby grant to the County of San Diego the privilege and right
to extend drainage structures and excavation and embankment slopes beyond the limits of the herein de-
scribed right of way where required for the construction and maintenance of said County Highway.
And - We , the said grantor_ $ , do hereby waive all claim for com-
pensation for any and all damages on account of the location, establishment and construction of said high-
way; and do -` hereby grant to the County of San Diego, State of California, all trees, growths (growing
or that may hereafter grow) and roadbuilding materials within said right of way, together with the right to
use the same in such manner and at such locations as said grantee may deem proper, needful or necessary
In the construction, reconstruction and maintenance of said highway.
