G`.AY, COUNTY RECORDER 0 Thy said easement of right of way in the aforesaid lands is particularly described as follows: The Westerly line of said easement and right of way shall be parallel with and 50.00 feet Westerly measured at right angles and the Easterly line.shall be parallel with and 100.00 feet Easterly measured at right angles from the following described lines Cor,:mencing at the point of intersection of the line common to Section 33, Township 12 South, Range 3 West and Section 4, Township 13 South, Range 3 West with the center line of the certain 100.00 foot wide easement of right of way to San Diego Consolidated Gas & Electric Company recorded October Up 1940, in Book 1088 at page 22 of Official Records of said County of San Diego, said point of intersection is distant 3120.42 feet Easterly from the Southwest corner of said Section 33 and also Easterly, a distance of 1935.11 feet from the Northwest corner of said Section 4; thence from said point of intersection North 280 501 13° West along the center line described in said 100.00 foot wide easement of right of way 1183.19 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the line herein desoribed= thence from said TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING South 160 25' 320 West 1077.86 feet to the point of intersection of the described line in that certain 200.00 foot wide easement of right of way to San Diego Gas & Electric Company recorded February Us 1954, in Book 5138 at page 324 of said Official Records with the Northerly line of Lot 4 in Section 4s Township 13 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, said point of intersection being distant thereon 1059.64 feet Easterly from the Northwest corner of said Lot 4. The side lines of the hereinbefore described right of way 150.00 feet in width, shall be lengthened and/or shortened so that said side lines shall be continuous and shall terminate on the South in the boundary of the above described lands of the Grantor herein and on the North in the Southwesterly line of said 100.00 foot wide easement of right of way granted to San Diego Consolidated Gas & Electric Company. Grantor andlheiz_._.successors in estate shall not erect or construct, or permit to be erected or con- structed, any building or other structure, plant any tree or trees, or drill any well or wells, within the limits of said right of way. Grantee shall have the right to erect, maintain and use gates in all fences which now cross or shall here- after cross said route or routes, and to trim and cut and clear away any trees and brush whenever in its judg- ment the same shall be necessary for the convenient and safe exercise of the rights hereby granted, the right to transfer and assign this easement in whole or in part being hereby granted to the Grantee. The Grantor grants to the Grantee, its successors and assigns, the right to trim or top and to keep trimmed of to ed, any and all trees on the lands of the Grantor adjacent to said right of way strip for a dis- tance of 2c?• feet from the exterior lines of the right of way strip, to such heights as in the judgment of the Grantee, its successors or assigns, shall be reasonably necessary for the proper construction, operation and maintenance of said electric transmission line or lines, but at no point outside the right of way strip to a height of less than 30-nf) ...feet. Grantor agrees that no other easement or easements shall be granted on, under or over said strip of land by Grantor, without the previous written consent of Grantee.
