establishment by the County of San Diego, State of California, of a public highway upon, over and across

to the location, establishment and construction of such highway thereon and they do_,_.,'
by these presents hereby grant, convey and dedicate to the County of San. Diego, State of ;California,
grantee, the right of way and incidents thereto for such public highway upon, over and across the said
lands, hereinafter described, lying and being in the County of San Diego, State of California, and partic-
ularly described as follows, to -wit;
Those portions of the S� of the NE4 and of the N4 of the SE4 of Section 14, T.13 S,,
R,4'W., S.B.B.&M., lying:within;a strip of land 126 feet wide, -63 feet on each side
of the following described'center linei
Beginning at the southeast corner of Section 23, T.13 S., R.4 W,, S.B.B. &M.,
being at cbor-dinates N =312,608.08 feet and E= 1,692,039.73 feet; thence along bearings
and distances based on California Coordinate System Grid. -Zone VI, , as follows:
N.0 °39130 11 E: along, the easterly line of said Section, 3472,.77 feet to thl beginning
of a.tangent.c'rve to- the left having a radius of 2000 feet; thence leaving said
easterly. line northwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 28 °39130 11, a
distance of 1000.36 feet•, thence tangent to:said curve N.28 °00100 41V. 1537.80 feet to .,,.
the beginning of a tangent curve to the right having a radius of 2000'feet; thence
"northerly along said curve through-a central angle of -`28 °06'4411, a distance of 981.30
feet, thence, tangent to said curve N.00 °06144 "E. 2043.76 feet to a. point on the
center line of County Road Survey No. 458 (San 'Marcos Road), a plat of which is on`
file in the Office of,the County Engineer, said point being Engineer's Station 122 ±91.60,

3.B.B&M., said point also having coordinates 14=321, 386:98 feet and E= 1,690,893.61 feet.
This easement is granted on the condition that there will be a public highway ar.�
%bnatructed thereon before July 1, 1970; otherwise, said easement is nul and. �"
void and the herein granted right of way shall revert to:the Grantors or their -
successors-in interest.

For the consideration named herein we hereby grant to the County of San Diego the privilege and right
to extend drainage structures and excavation and embankment slopes beyond the limits of the herein de-
"scribed'right- of`way whert required for the construction and maintenance of said County Highway.

pensation .for any and all damages on account of the location, establishment and construction of said high-
way; and do es hereby grant to the County of San Diego, State of California, all trees, growths (growing
or that may hereafter grow) and roadbuilding materials within said right of way, together with ,the right to
use he same in such manner and at such locations as said grantee may deem proper, needful or necessary
in the construction, reconstruction and maintenance of said highway.
