GRANT OF EASEMENT
For and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
WESTERN SHORES DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a corporation,
does hereby grant to THE PACIFIC TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY, o corporation, its successors and assigns, an easement to con-
struct, place, operate, inspect, maintain, repair, replace and remove such aerial and underground telephone, telegraph and communication structures
as Grantee may from time to time require, consisting of poles, anchors, wires, cables, conduits, manholes, markers, and necessary fixtures and
appurtenances, over, under, and upon that certain real property ii Unincorporated Territory ,
County of 1 � Mego State of California described as:
Lots 1 to 14 inclusive of Del Mar Shores subdivision as said lots are sholtm
on map of said subdivision filed for record as Map No. 5404 on the 9 day of
June, 1964, in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County.
1 The above described easement shall be located on the following portions of said property:
The Northerly five (5) feet of Lots 1, 2 and 5 to 7 inclusive.
The Northerly twenty -three (23) feet of the Westerly five ($) feet of the Easterly
12.5 feet of Lot 2.
The Westerly 52.5 feet of the Southerly five (5) feet of the Northerly twenty -three (23)
feet of Lot 2.
The Southerly five (5) feet of the Northerly twenty -three (23)feet of Lots 3 and 4.
The Northerly twenty -three (23) feet of the Westerly three (3) feet of Lot 4.
The Northerly twenty -three (23) feet of the Easterly three (3) feet of Lot 5.
U The Southerly five (5) feet of Lots 8 to 10 inclusive.

Grantor covenants for himself, his successors and assigns not to place or maintain any building or structure on said easement.
Grantor also grants to Grantee the right to trim such trees and other foliage and to cut such roots on said property as may be necessary for
the protection of said structures, and to enter upon said property at all times for the purpose of exercising the rights hereby granted. Grantee shall
be liable to Grantor for any damage which may occur to the above - described property by reason of negligence on- the part of Grantee- in the exercise
of the easements granted.
