That portion of the SWk of the NE's of Section 14, T.13 S., R.4 W., S.B.B.& M., lying
{ within a strip of land 100 feet wide, 50 feet on each side of the following described
center line:
f' Beginning at a point on the west line of said NE's of Section 14, distant thereon S.0°
{. 40'30 "W. 1593.41 feet from the N'k corner of said section; thence 5.87 °26'E. 2643.11
feet to a point on the east line of said section, distant thereon S.0 °13'W. 1686.08

The northerly line of said strip of land shall be prolonged westerly so as to terminate

T' beginning of a tangent curve to the right having a radius of 2000 feet; thence southerly
along said curve through a central angle of 15 °40' a distance of 546.87 feet; thence tan -
'` gent to said curve S.0 °26'E. 546.71 feet to a point on the hereinbefore described center
line in Parcel 63537, being Engineer's Station 122+91.60 - P.O.T. on the center line of
Road Survey No. 458, a plat of which is on file in the Office of the County Surveyor of

That portion of said SW'k of the NE's of Section 14 lying northerly of the north line of
the hereinbefore described Parcel 63537, lying westerly of the west line of the herein-
before described Parcel 63538 -A, and lying southeasterly of a 25 -foot radius curve con-
cave northwesterly that is tangent both to said north line of Parcel 63537 and to said
west line of Parcel 63538 -A.

For the consideration named herein we hereby grant to the County of San Diego the privilege and right
to extend drainage structures and excavation and embankment slopes beyond the limits of the herein de-
scribed right of way where required for the construction and maintenance of said County Highway.
And it , the said grantor -_, do hereby waive all claim for com-
pensation for any and all damages on account of the location, establishment and construction of said high-
way; and dog hereby grant to the County of San Diego, State of California, all trees, growths (growing
or that may hereafter grow) and roadbuilding materials within said right of way, together with the right to
use the same in such manner and at such locations as said grantee may deem proper, needful or necessary
in the construction, reconstruction and maintenance of said highway.
