One Dollar, and other valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant to the San Diego Gas
& Electric Company, a corporation, its successors and assigns, hereinafter called the "Grantee," the right, easement and
privilege of placing, erecting, constructing, repairing, replacing, maintaining and using, a line of poles with wires suspended
thereon and all necessary and proper guys, anchorage, crossarms, braces and other fixtures for use in connection therewith, at
such locations and elevations upon, along and over the hereinafter described right of way as Grantee may now or hereafter
deem convenient and necessary from time to time, for the transmission and distribution of electricity for all purposes for which
it may be used, together with the right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, to and along said line, over and across the
Grantor's land situate in the County of. �_.__._.__..____San_DlegO__. .- -- - ._, State of California, and more particularly
described as follows:
Lot 3 in Block "I "of palomares Heights Annex, according to Map tsereof
No. 2136, filed in the office D£ the Recorder of said County of San
Diego, together with that portion of Block "J" of said Palomares Heights
Annex, described in a Deed recorded in Book 1449, page 341 Official Re-
cords of said County of San Diego, excepting from said Lot 3 those por-
tions described in Deeds recorded in Book 6426, page 312 and 313 of
said Official Records.
The center line of said right of way in the aforesaid lands is particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 3, Block "I "; thence
South 00 34' 08" West along the Easterly line of said Lot 3, a dis-
tance of 6.09 feet; thence North 89' 15' 53" East, a distance of
141.43 feet; thence South 180 26' 53" West, a distance of 3.0 feet
to the true point of beginning of said center line of right of way;
thence from said true point of beginning, South 891 47' 01" "aiest,
a distance of 312.87 feet.
Also: Beginning at said true point of beginning; thence South 180
26' 53" West, a distance of 85.45 feet.
Also: Beginning at said true point of beginning; thence South 89e
27' 52" East, along a line parallel with and 6.0 feet Southerly from
the Northerly line of the above described portion of Block "Ji''to
the Easterly line of said Block "J".
It is understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the right of way herein conveyed shall be..- ....1.22 -_--- feet in width,
being _.. _.....6 ......... feet measured at right angles, on each side of the above described route of said line of poles and wires.
It is also understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the Grantee may place, erect and maintain, on the lands of the
Grantor adjacent to the above described right of way such anchorage as may be necessary -to properly guy the power pole
line erected over said right of way.
Grantor and aheir .successors in estate shall not erect or construct, or permit to be erected or constructed, any build-
ing or other structure, plant any tree or trees, or drill any well or wells, within the limits of said right of way.
The Grantee is also hereby granted the right to trim any trees along or adjacent to said line of poles and wires whenever
considered by it necessary for the proper operation and use of the rights hereby granted.
