Those portions of Lots 16 and 17 of Rancho Las Encinitas, according to Map thereof No.
848, and those portions of Lots 1 and 2 in Section 8, T.13 S., R.3 W., S. B. B.& M., lying
within a strip of land 60 feet wide, 30 feet on each side of the following described
center line:
Commencing at a point on the easterly boundary of Lot 91, Colony of Olivenhain, according
to 1`tap thereof No. 326, said point being distant thereon S.14 °59'03 "W. (S.14 °58'54 "W.
Record) 25.00 feet from the northeasterly corner of said Lot 91; thence S.75 °01'59 "E.

The side lines of said strip of land shall be prolonged or shortened at their northerly
extremities so as to terminate on the north line of said Lot- 16 of Rancho Las Encinitas
and at their southerly extremities so as to terminate on the easterly line of said Lot
91 of Colony of Olivenhain and the northerly prolongation of said easterly line.
This deed is executed pursuant to the order authorizing dedication of easement for
roadwgy made in the matter of the estate of Edward W. Lloyd, deceased in Case No.
63694, probate, Superior Court of San Diego County, State of"Calitorriia,'entered•on
August 3, 19611 a certified copy of which order is recorded contemporaneously
herewith in the Office of the County °.ecorder of said County, to which reference
is hereby made.

For the consideration named herein we hereby grant to the County of San Diego the privilege and right
to extend drainage structures and excavation and embankment slopes beyond the limits of the herein de-
scribed right of way where required for the construction and maintenance of said County Highway.
the said grantor., do91 _ hereby waive all claim for com-
pensation for any and all damages on account of the location, establishment and construction of said high-
way; and do—__ hereby grant to the County of San Diego, State of California, all trees, growths (growing
or that may hereafter grow) and roadbuilding materials within said right of way, together with the right to
use the same in such manner and at such locations as said grantee may deem proper, needful or necessary
in the construction, reconstruction and maintenance of said highway.
