Chair King called the meeting to order at 2:00 PM
Present: Chair King, Vice-Chair Simon, Commissioners Bolus, Drielsma, Harp,
and Henry
Absent: Commissioner Vance
Also Present: Recreation Superintendent Gorham, Senior Center Manager Goodsell,
Management Analyst Roff
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

AGENDA COMMISSIONER HARP SECONDED THE MOTION AND THE MOTION
CARRIED 6-0 (COMMISSIONER VANCE ABSENT).
4. APPROVAL OF THE OCTOBER 15, 2013 REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
ACTION
COMMISSIONER HARP MOTIONED TO ADOPT THE OCTOBER 15, 2013 MEETING
MINUTES, COMMISSIONER SIMON SECONDED THE MOTION AND THE MOTION
CARRIED 5-0 (COMMISSIONER BOLUS ABSTAINED AND COMMISSIONER VANCE
ABSENT).

3. Commissioners Corner:
Commissioner Harp reported the Senior Video script is obsolete and the video cannot
be salvaged.
Commissioner Simon requested an update on distribution of paper for the senior
computer lab and Center Manager Goodsell reported the IT Department is researching
software options.
