ON MOTION of Supervisor Bates, seconded by Supervisor Eckert,
~ the Board of Supervisors adopts the following resolution:
WHEREAS, on February 6, 1980, Board Order No. 9, the Board adopted
a resolution of intent to vacate and abandon a portion of an alley,
Lots -4 and 5, Block 20, Map No. 1662, located southwest of the inter-
