That portion of Lot 7, Subdivision of Rancho Las Encinitas as said lot
is shown on map of said subdivision filed for record as Map No. 848 on
the 27 day of June, 1898, described in deed filed for record at File/
Page No. 153471 on the 15 day of June, 1972, all in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County.
The above described easement shall be located on strips of land five (5.00) feet
in width in said property, the center lines of which are described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said property, thence South 02 °08'56"
East, 31.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 86 °55'53"
East, 617.37 feet to a point, said point hereinafter referred to as Point
