California, hereinafter called GRANTEE, the right of way and incidents thereto for a public highway upon, over and
across that certain real property in the County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows;

That portion of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 14, Township 13 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino
Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California, lying
within a 60.00 foot wide strip being 30.00 feet on each side of the
following described centerline:
Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of Parcel 4 of Parcel Map
No. 3303 on file in the Recorder's Office of said County, said point
being South 0 030'51" West, 81.01 feet from the Northeast corner thereof,
said point being also on the arc of a 1,000.00 foot radius curve concave
Southerly, a radial to said point bears North 27 019'37" West; thence
Northeasterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of
7 °25'55 a distance of 129.71 feet; thence tangent to said curve
North 70016'18" East, 32.95 feet to the Westerly sideline of E1
Camino Real, Road Survey No. 1802 -1 (126.00 feet wide) a copy of
said Road Survey is on file in the County Engineer's Office of said
County.
Also that portion lying Northerly of aforedescribed 60.00 foot strip
and lying Westerly of aforesaid E1 Camino Real and lying Southeasterly
of the arc of a 20.00 foot radius curve concave Northwesterly, said
curve being tangent to the Northerly line of said 60.00 foot strip and
tangent to the Westerly line of said E1 Camino Real.

excavation and embankment slopes beyond the limits of the herein described right -of -way where required for the con -
struction and maintenance of said County Highway. RESERVING unto grantor of the above described parcel of land,
