A strip of land 30.00 feet in width lying within Parcel 4 of Parcel Map
No. 5275, in the County of San Diego, State of California, said map being
on file in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, the Northerly
and Northeasterly line of said strip being contiguous with the centerline
of that 40.00 foot private road lying within said Parcel 4 as shown on
said Parcel Map No. 5275.
TOGETHER with that portion of said Parcel 4 lying Southwesterly of the
Southwesterly line of said 30.00 foot strip and lying Southeasterly of
the Southeasterly line of Santa Fe Drive as shown on said Parcel Map No.
5275 and lying Northerly of a 20.00 foot radius curve, concave Southerly,
said curve being tangent to both said Southwesterly line of said 30.00
