July 8, 1885 TOGETHER with a portion of "B" Street adjoining said Block 2
on the West as said street was closed and vacated to public use, TOGETHER
with a portion of Lot 28, Rancho Las Encinitas according to Map thereof
No. 848 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said San Diego
County, June 27, 1898, in the County of San Diego, State of California,
said portions lying within a 60.00 foot wide strip of land, the sidelines
of said strip lying 30.00 feet on each side of the following described
centerline:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of "B" Street and the Westerly
boundary of said Rancho Las Encinitas as shown on said Colony of Olivenhain
Map No. 326 and also Record of Survey Map No. 5444 filed in said Recorder's
Office; thence along said Westerly boundary North 20 031'05" West, 140.51
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being in the arc of a
non- tangent 1,000.00 foot radius curve concave Northwesterly, a radial
line to said point bears South 55 °29'43" East; thence Northeasterly
