necessary at any time and from time to time, together with the right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, to and along said line,

April 16, 1976 at File No. 76- 114281 in the office of the
County Recorder of said County of San Diego, being a portion
of that Southerly portion of Block 98 of Rosinni Park,
according to Map thereof No. 1547, filed in the office of the
County Recorder of said County of San Diego, together with
that portion of former "Rossini Drive" now vacated and
closed to public use, lying adjacent to and contiguous with
and reverting to said Parcel 1.

Grantor grants to Grantee the right to erect and maintain on the above described lands of Grantor adjacent to said easement
and right of way such anchorage as may be necessary at any time and from time to time to properly guy said line of poles. plant
Grantor shall not erect, place or construct, nor permit to be erected, placed or constructed, any building or other structure; p
any tree; drill or dig any well, within the limits of said easement and right of way.
Grantee shall have the right, but not the duty, to trim or remove trees and brush along or adjacent to said easement and right
of way whenever Grantee deems it necessary. Said right shall not relieve Grantor of the duty as owner to trim or remove trees and
