of California, according to the Map thereof No. 2174 as recorded
November 7, 1929, in the Office of the County Recorder of said San
Diego County, said portion being described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of said Lot 6, thence along the
Northerly line of said Lot 6 North 89 °27'42" West, 6.02 feet; thence
South 04 031'37" East, 101.91 feet to the beginning of a tangent 20.00
foot radius curve, concave Northwesterly; thence Southerly along the
arc of said curve through a central angle of 47 025'52 ", a distance of
16.56 feet to the beginning of a reverse 48.00 foot radius curve concave
Easterly; thence Southerly along the arc of said curve through a central
