Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of said Lot 4 distant
thereon South 0 034109" West 205.76 feet from the Northeast corner Q
thereof; 'thence North 89 025151" West a distance of 42.25 feet to
the beginning of a tangent 135 foot radius curve concave North-
easterly; thence Northwesterly along the arc of said curve through
} a Central Angle of 57 040144" a distance of 135.90 feet to the O
Southeasterly Right of Way line of that certain easement for
jpublic road purposes as granted to the County of San Diego for
