That portion of Lot 12 of Ridgeway Heights, in the County of San Diego,
State of California, according to Map thereof No. 2163, filed in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, July 3, 1929, and as
shown on Record of Survey of said Ridgeway Heights, filed for the
purpose of correcting errors in the original Map No. 2163, being record
of Survey Map No. 1193, filed in the Office of the County Recorder. of
San Diego County, September 20, 1945, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 12; thence along the
Easterly line of said Lot South 07 013'00" East, 79.60 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along said Easterly line South
07 013'00" East, 70.00 feet to the Northeasterly corner of land described
in Deed to Fred K. Nakagawa, et ux, recorded March 8, 1956 in Book- 6007,
page 276 of Official Records; thence along the Northerly line of said
Nakagawa's land South 88 °47'14" West, 100.00 feet; thence parallel with
the Easterly line of said Lot 12, North 07 °13'00" West, 70.00 feet;

as shown on Record of Survey of said Ridgeway Heights, filed for the
purpose of correcting errors in the original Map No. 2163, being Record
of Survey Map No. 1193, filed in the office of the County Recorder of
San Diego County, September 20, 1945, the Southerly line of said strip
being described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of Parcel 1 hereinabove described;
thence along the Westerly prolongation of the Southerly line of said �?
