egress for such purposes (together with the right to clear and keep clear
said easement from trees, buildings and other structures), in, over, under
and across the hereinafter described lands.
Said easement is situated in the County of San Diego; State of California
and is more particularly described as follows:
that portion of Lot 5 in
Block "J" of South Coast Park Annex, in the County of San Diego, State of
California, according to Map thereof No. 1788, filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County March 29, 1924, lying within a strip
of land 10.00 feet in width, being 5.00 feet each side of a centerline des-
cribed as follows:
PARCEL 1
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of said Lot 5, distant thereon South
5004125" East (Record = South 5003155" East) 325.73 feet from the North-
east comer of said lot; thence at right angles South 84055135" West 240.00
feet to a point hereinafter referred to as "Point A"; thence South 5004125"
East 52.80 feet to a point on the curved Southwesterly line of said Lot 5,
said point being on the arc of a 165.19 foot radius curve concave Southwest -
erly, a radial line to said point bears North 21012'06" East, said point also
being the terminus of the centerline described herein.
The sidelines of said strip of land to be prolonged or shortened to begin on
the Easterly line of said Lot 5 and end on the curved Southwesterly line of
said lot.
PARCEL 2
Beginning at "Point All, described in Parcel 1 above; thence North 5004125"
West 185.40 feet to the terminus of the centerline described herein.

of said easement without the previous written consent of the Grantee. Grantor (s)
agrees that no other easement shall be granted, in, over., under or across the
above described property and easement by the Grantor (s) or their
successors in interest without the previous written consent of the Grantee.
