hereby grant(s) to LEUCADIA COUNTY DATER DISTRICT, a political subdivision
j situated in San Diego County, California, an easement for the construction,
operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of a sewer pipeline or pipe-
lines, manholes, 1•aterals and appurtenances, and the right of ingress and
egress for such purposes (together with the right to clear and keep clear
said easement from trees, buildings and other structures), in, over, under
and across the hereinafter described lands.

Said easement is situated in the County of San Diego; State of California
and is more particularly described as follows:
i An easement for sewer pipelines and appurtenances thereto over, under,
along and across all those portions of Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 of Parcel Map
{ No. 10634, in the County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the office
Ii of the County Recorder of said County October 30, 1980 as File No. 80- 364254,
more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land 10.00 feet in width lying 5.00 feet each side of the following
described centerline:

Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Parcel 2, thence along the South -
westerly line thereof North 15043146" West 5.00 feet; thence parallel with the
Southeasterly line of Parcel 2, North 74016114" East 5.00 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING of the centerline herein described; thence continuing
North. 740.16114" East 191.19 feet to a point on a line drawn parallel with and
distant 5.00 feet Easterly, measured at right angles from the Westerly line
of said Parcel 1; thence along said parallel line North 3038'38" East 102.23
feet to the terminus of the centerline herein described.
The sidelines of said strip of land to be prolonged or shortened to terminate
on a line which bears North 86012130" West through said terminus.

Grantor(s) and its successors in interest shall not erect or construct
or permit to be erected or constructed, any building or other structure, plant
any tree or trees, or drill any well or wells, within the limits of said
easement. Grantor(s) and its successors in interest shall not increase
or decrease, or permit to be increased or decreased, the existing ground ele-
vations of said easement without the previous written consent of the Grantee.
Grantor(s) agrees that no other easement shall be granted, in, over, under or
above described property and easement by the Grantor(s) or its
successors in interest without the previous written consent of the Grantee.
