hereby grant(s) to LEUCADIA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, a political subdivision
situated in San Diego County, California, an easement for the construction,
operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of a sewer pipeline or pipe-
- lines, manholes, laterals and appurtenances, and the right of ingress and
egress for such purposes (together with the right to clear and keep clear
said easement from trees, buildings and other structures), in, over, under
and across the hereinafter described lands.
Said easement is situated in the County of San Diego', State of California
and is more particularly described as follows:
An easement for sewer purposes, over, under, along, and across
Parcel 1 of Parcel Map 5401 in the County of San Diego, State of
California filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, December 17, 1976 and described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Parcel 1; thence
South 30 47' 30" West 104.00 feet; thence North 860 21' 22" West
101.20 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North
30 47' 30" East 10.00 feet; thence North 860 21' 22" West 51:44 feet;
C, thence North 640 32' 28" West 29.59 feet; thence South 30 47' 30"
West 5.38 feet; thence South 400 00' 24" West 5.17 feet; thence

42.75 feet, to the Southly property line of said Parcel 1; thence

Grantor(s) and their successors in interest shall not erect or construct
or permit to be erected or constructed, any building or other structure, plant
any tree or trees, or drill any well or wells, within the limits of said
easement. Grantor(s) and their successors in interest shall not increase
or decrease, or permit to be increased or decreased, the existing ground ele-
vations of said easement without the previous written consent of the Grantee.
Grantor(s) agrees that no other easement shall be granted, in, over, under or
above described property and easement by the Grantor(s) or their
successors in interest without the previous written consent of the Grantee.
