An easement for a public sewer or sewers, including any
or all appurtenances thereto, together with the right of ingress
and egress and incidental purposes in favor ,of the Leucadia
Water District described as follows:
All that portion of Lot 10, Block 8, of SOUTH COAST PARK,
in the County of San Diego, State of California, according
to Map No. 1776, filed in the Office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County, January 11, 1924, lying within a strip
of land 10.00 feet in width, the southerly boundary of said
strip being described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the Westerly line of said Lot 10,
Block 8, of SOUTH COAST PARK, according to said Map,
distant 132.0 feet, North 16° 11' 30" East, from the Southwest
corner of said Lot 10, said point being the Northwest corner
of that parcel of land described in Deed to George R. Franklin,
et ux, recorded April 4, 1946 in Book 2100, Page 94 of Official
Records; thence South 731 48' 30" East, 25.0 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 730 48' 30" East,
