hereby grant(s) to LEUCADIA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, a political sjbdivision
situated in San Diego County, California, an easement for the construction, IVO FED
operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of a sewer pipeline or pipe-
lines; manholes, laterals and appurtenances, and the right of ingress and
egress for such purposes, (together with 'the right to clear and keep clear
said easement from trees, buildings and other structures), in, over, under
and across the hereinafter described lands.
Said easement is situated in the County of San Diego; State of California
and is more particularly described as follows:

Grantor (s) and their successors in interest shall not erect or con -
struct, or permit to be erected or constructed, any building or other structure,
[i1 plant any tree or trees, or drill any well or wells, within the limits of said
easement. Grantor (s) and their successors in interest shall not increase

4, or decrease, or permit to be increased or decreased, the existing ground elevations
of said easement without the previous written consent of the Grantee. Grantor (s)

} The beneficiary of the Deed of Trust declares and acknowledges that
x it hereby intentinally waives,,relinquishes and subordinates the priority
and superiority of the lien and charge of the Deed of Trust described in
paragraph I upon the land described in paragraph III in favor of the lien,
charge and priority of the Grant of Easement described in paragraph III
