NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that that certain AGREEMENT FOR IMPROVEMENTS IN
PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY (LIEN CONTRACT) claimed by the City of Encinitas against
ROBERT BATSON AND SANDRA BATSON and recorded in the Official Records of the Office
of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California, on June 7, 2000 per Doc. No.
2000-0299943 of the Official Records of said County, with respect to that certain real property
located in said County and more particularly described in said lien, is hereby released, the claim
thereunder having been fully paid and satisfied as to said real property.
