seconded by.
Supervisor Taylor , the following resolution is adopted:
WHEREAS, at the time of approving the final map'of'Subdivision
Poinsettia Heights Unit No. 5
Map NO. 4564 , on file in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of San. Diego, this Board of Supervisors rejected the offer_. of the
hereinafter described property for use as street_; and
WHEREAS, Section 11616, Business and Professions Code, provides throved
if any street is rejected at the time a final map of subdivision is ap ,
the offer of dedication shall remain open and may be subsequently accepted .
by the Board of Supervisors; and
WHEREAS, the•County Engineer has recommended that the Board of Super-
visors rescind its rejection of said offer_ of dedication and accept said
offer_; NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Board of Supervisors of the County
of San Diego hereby rescinds its action of
rejecting the offer of dedication of the followiug descriuea property for
use as a street and hereby accepts on behalf of the public for use
as street_ the said following described property:
1. The portion of "Lot 179 reserved for future street ".
