"B" Street in the Colony of Olivenhain, according to Map thereof No. 326, both
maps being filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, in
the County of San Diego, State of California, conveyed to Steven Katsumi Hayashi,
et al, in deed recorded January 19, 1973 as File /Page No. 73- 017601 of Official
Recorders, in the Office of said Recorder described as follows:
The Southwesterly 30.00 feet of said Hayashi's land, the Southerly line of said
Southwesterly 30.00 feet being described as follows:
Beginning at the most Southerly corner of said Hayashi's land; thence
North 71 °55102" West along the Southwesterly line of said Hayashi's land
272.15 feet to angle point in said Southwesterly line; thence North 23 °40102 "West
along said Southwesterly line 110.26 feet to the Northwesterly line of said
Hayashi's land.

This Offer of Dedication is made pursuant to Section 7050 of the Government Code of the State of California and
may be accepted at any time by the city council of the city within which such real property is located at the time of
acceptance or, if located in the unincorporated territory, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Diego.
This Offer of Dedication may be terminated and the right to accept such offer abandoned in the same manner as is
prescribed for the vacation of streets or highways by Part 3 of Division 9 or Chapter 2 of Division 2 of Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California, whichever is applicable. Such termination and abandonment may be made
by the city council of the city within which such real property is located, or if located in the unincorporated territory,
} by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Diego.
