A strip of land 30.00 feet in width in those portions of Colony Avenue and the
unnamed road commonly known as Olivenhain Road, (all vacated and closed to public
use) adjoining Lot 17 in the Colony Olivenhain, in the County of San Diego,
State of California, according to Map thereof No. 326 filed in the Office of the O
County Recorder of said County July 8, 1885, conveyed to Edward Shiloff, et ux,
in deed recorded December 21, 1973, as File /Page 73-351829 of Official Records
In the Office of the said County Recorder, the Westerly sideline of said 30.00
foot wide strip being contiguous with the centerline of said Colony Avenue.
ALSO that portion of Colony Avenue and Olivenhain Road, lying Easterly of the
East sideline of the above described 30.00 foot strip, Northeasterly of the 0
Southwesterly line of said Shiloff land, and Westerly of the arc of a 20.00
foot radius curve, concave Easterly, said curve being tangent to both the Easterly
sideline of said 30.00 foot strip and the Southwesterly line of said Shiloff land.- �

This Offer of Dedication is made pursuant to Section 71)50 of the Government Code of the State of California and
may be acocepWil at any time by the city council of the city within which such real property is located at the time of
acceptance or, if located in the unincorporated territory, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Diego.
This Offer of Dedication may be terminated and the right to accept such offer abandoned in the same manner as is
prescribed for the vacation of streets or highways by Part 3 of Division 9 or Chapter 2 of Division 2 of Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California, whichever is applicable. Such termination and abandonment may be made
by the city council of the city within which such real property is located, or if located in the unincorporated territory,
by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Diego.
