The ends of said strip are to be prolonged or shortened so as to
terminate on the Westerly line of said Northeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter and on the Northerly line of the Southerly 30.00
feet of said Johnston land.
Together with that portion of said Johnston land lying Northerly of
the Northerly line of the Southerly 30.00 feet of said Johnston
land, Easterly of the Easterly line of the above described 60.00 foot
wide strip of land and Southwesterly of the arc of a 20.00 foot
radius curve concave Northeasterly. said curve being tangent to both
