An easement for road purposes, specifically to meet County regulations
running onto and. into Grantees' proposed roadway and easement running
along; the Southern border of Lot 4, Block E, Palomares Heights, and
extendinz to the extreme Southeast portion of said Lot 4, Block E, and
that portion of Block F immediately contiguous and continuous therefrom
and thereto, and described as follows:
The Northerly 12 feet of the Fasterly 35 feet of the Westerly 371.97
feet of Lot 5, 'Block E, Palomares Heights, in the County of San Diego,
State of California, acoorrlin to rap thereof No. 2114, filed in the
Office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County, June 19, 1928•
The above easement is granted contingent upon completion of the followin
1. Grantees' proposed road and easement thereon is extended to Parcel
1 (Tax Assessor's Parcel No 262- 013 -04) Block F of Palomares
Heights at the juncture specified above, and the proposed parcel
split is made at no other juncture.

the following described real property in the
county of San Diego state of California:
2. The proposed parcel split is granted by the County of San Diego.
The above easement and its extension is restricted to use by:
1. Proposed Parcel 2 ( Assessor's No. 262 - 012 -05 and 262- 013 -05)
which now contains the present residence of 1273 Crest Drive.
2. Proposed Parcel 1 (Assessor's No. 262 - 013 -04) in Block F.
The above easement is null and void and must be vacated if either of the
proposed parcels are further divided in later parcel splits.
The above easement is granted with the stipulation that when the
easement is utilized to provide ingress to proposed road and easement
thereon for purposes of ingress and egress to and from proposed parcels,
the Grantees will upgrade the present easement pavement with a
professional paving of blacktop, and later as the pavement requires
maintenance, the cost will be divided among the users.
