described in deed to W. L. Wyman, et ux, recorded June 4, 1973, in the Office of the
i Recorder of said County, as File /Page No. 73- 150633. The Easterly line of said strip
being contiguous to a line that is parallel with and distant 42.00 feet Westerly,
i measured at right angles, from the Easterly line of said Lot 179. The ends of said
strip are to be prolonged or shortened so as to terminate on the South at the Southerly
line of said Lot 179 and on the North at the Northerly boundary of said Wyman land.

The grantor further understands that the present intention of the grantee is to construct and maintain a public highway on
the lands hereby conveyed in fee and the grantor, for himself, his successors and assigns, hereby waives any claims for any and
all damages to grantor's remaining property contiguous to the property hereby conveyed by reason of the location, construction,
landscaping or maintenance of said highway.
(As used above, the term "grantor" shall include the plural as well as the singular number and the words "himself" and "his" shall
