San Diego, State of California, according to official plat thereof, the
center line. of said strip being described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 15, as shown on Map No.
6490, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County; thence
along the North line of said Section 15, North 89 °03112" West 915.23 feet
to the True Point of Beginning of the herein described center line; thence
South 02 °14117" West 718.54 feet to the center, line of Encinintas Boulevard.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying within Road Survey No. 458 -66.

For the consideration named herein we hereby grant to the County of San Diego the privilege and right to extend drainage
structures and excavation and embankment slopes beyond the limits of the herein described right of way where required
for the construction and maintenance of said County Highway.
