across that certain real property in the County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:

The Southerly 51.00 feet of that portion of the Southwest Quarter of
the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 13 South, Range 4 West,

fornia, according to United States Government Survey, approved
April 19, 1881, included in that land described in deed to Harloff
Chevrolet, Incorporated recorded March 27, 1964, as File /Page No.55585
in the Office of the County Recorder of said County of San Diego.
