hereinafter designated Grantor(s), represent that they are the owner(s) of the hereinafter described real
property, and for a valuable consideration hereby make(l) an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication of the'hereinafter des -
cribed real property for the following public purpose:
PUBLIC HIGHWAY
The real property referred to above is situated in the unincorporated area of the County of San Diego, State of California,
and is more particularly described as follows:
Parcel No. 81- 0079 -A (1- 23 -81) (SC:LT:ab)
The Northerly 34.73 feet and the Easterly 30.00 feet of that portion
of Lot 7 of the Subdivision of Rancho Las Encinitas, in the County of
San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 848 filed
in the Office of the Recorder of said County June 27, 1898, included
in that land described in deed to Michael Ibs Gonzalez, Jr. et al, recorded
January 11, 1980, as File /Page No. 80- 011213 in said Recorder's Office.
TOGETHER with that portion of said land lying Southerly of the Southerly
line of said Northerly 34.73 feet, AND lying Westerly of the Westerly
line of said Easterly 30.00 feet, AND lying Northeasterly of the arc of
a 20.00 foot radius curve concave Southwesterly, said curve being tangent
to both said Southerly and Westerly lines.

The Grantor hereby further offers to the County of San �iego the privilege and right to extend drainage structures
aiid excavation and embankment slopes beyond the limits of the herein* described right -of -way where required for the
construction.anci maintenance of said County Highway. RESERVING unto grantor of the above described parcel of
land, his successors or assigns, the right to eliminate such slopes and /or drainage structures or portions thereof, when in
the written opinion of the County and /or District Engineer of Grantee, the necessity therefore is removed by substi-
tuting other protection, support and /or drainage facility, provided such substitution is first approved in writing by said
Engineer(s).
The Grantor hereby further offers to Grantee ail trees, growths (growing or that may hereafter grow), and road building
materials within said right -of -way, including the right to take water, together with the right to use the same in such
manner and at such locations as said Grantee may deem proper, needful or necessary, in the construction, reconstruc-
tion, improvement or maintenance of said highway.
The Grantor, for himself, his successors and assigns, hereby waives any claim for any and all damages to Grantor's
remaining property contiguous to the right -of -way hereby conveyed by reason of the location, construction, land-
scaping or maintenance of said highway.

This Offer of Dedication is made pursuant to Section 7050 of the Governrhent Code of the State of California and may
be`ascepted at any time by the city council of the city within which such real property is located at the time of accep-
tance or, if located in the unincorporated territory, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Diego.
This Offer of Dedication may be terminated and the right to accept such offer abandoned in the same manner as is
prescribed for the vacation of streets or highways by Part 3 of Division 9 or Chapter 2 of Division 2 of Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California, whichever is applicable. Such termination and abandonment may be made
by the city council of the city within which such real property is located, or if located in the unincorporated territory,
by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Diego.
This Offer of Dedication shall be irrevocable and shall be binding on the Grantor(s) thei r heirs, executors,
administrators, successors and assigns.
