SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES: SEPTEMBER 11, 2013 4:30 PM
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Recreation Supervisor Rubenstein called the meeting to order at 4:34 PM.
Present:
Commissioners Muir, N. Barth, N. Conger, Waldvogel, Forrest, Kanzler, A. Barth, Lawson,
Maskiewicz, M. Conger and Walz
Also Present:
Recreation Superintendent Gorham, Recreation Supervisor Rubenstein, Recreation Supervisor
Buck and Management Analyst Roff

WALKING TOUR OF DOWNTOWN ENCINITAS
Prior to the commencing the tour Commissioners reviewed the City of Encinitas Strategic Plan.
