FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged SAN
DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT, an Irrigation District of the State of California("District')does
hereby remise, release, vacate, abandon, and forever quitclaim to Shea Homes Limited
Partnership, a California Limited Partnership all right, title, interest of the District in and to the
hereinafter described real property that was acquired by virtue of an unrecorded easement as
dedicated on December 16, 1957 by Wilbur S. Kelley and re-dedicated by Shea Homes Limited
Partnership, a California Limited Partnership, on Map No. 15910 filed in the office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County on April 4,2013 as File Number 2013-0214002.
The real property in which said easement is quitclaimed is described as follows:
LOTS 39,40, 41, 43, 44, 58, 59, 70, 71 AND 74 OF CITY OF ENCINITAS TENTATIVE MAP
NO. 09-089 AND MODIFIED TENTATIVE MAP NO. 11-115, IN THE CITY OF ENCINITAS,
COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCORDING TO MAP THEREOF
NO. 15910, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAN DIEGO
