FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged SAN
DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT, an Irrigation District of the State of California does hereby
remise, release, vacate, abandon, and forever quitclaim a portion of easements as dedicated
August 22, 1925 in Book 1116, Page 177 and February 11, 1958 in Book 6945, Page 261 of
Official Records, to The San Dieguito Masonic Temple Association, a Non-Profit Corporation,
the following real property in the City of Encinitas, County of San Diego, State of California.
